1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all regions across Bangladesh, including:

  • Major cities: Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Jashore

  • Suburban and rural areas (delivery time may vary slightly)

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners, such as:

  • Sundarban Courier

  • SA Paribahan

  • Pathao Courier

  • RedX

  • Paperfly

Depending on your location and order size, we select the best courier to ensure fast and secure delivery.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Inside Jashore city: 1–2 business days

  • Dhaka & divisional cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 3–6 business days

You’ll receive an SMS or phone call once your order is shipped, along with tracking info if available.


4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays are processed on the next working day.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available in most locations across Bangladesh:

  • Pay in cash upon delivery

  • Ensure someone is available to receive & pay

  • Failure to accept COD orders may result in COD restrictions for future purchases


7. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking number will be sent via SMS, email, or phone call (if applicable).

  • Use the tracking number on the courier’s website.

  • If tracking isn’t available, our support team will assist you directly.


8. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or courier backlog

  • Incorrect shipping details

We will keep you updated if such issues arise.


9. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • Address/phone number is inaccurate

  • Recipient is unavailable

  • Parcel is refused

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Cancel the order (in repeated cases)

  • Charge extra delivery fees for reattempts
