1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all regions across Bangladesh, including:
Major cities: Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Jashore
Suburban and rural areas (delivery time may vary slightly)

2. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier partners, such as:

Depending on your location and order size, we select the best courier to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Inside Jashore city: 1–2 business days
Dhaka & divisional cities: 2–4 business days
Remote/rural areas: 3–6 business days
⏰ Business days exclude Fridays & government holidays.
You’ll receive an SMS or phone call once your order is shipped, along with tracking info if available.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available in most locations across Bangladesh:
Pay in cash upon delivery
Ensure someone is available to receive & pay
Failure to accept COD orders may result in COD restrictions for future purchases
7. Tracking Your Order
Tracking number will be sent via SMS, email, or phone call (if applicable).
Use the tracking number on the courier’s website.
If tracking isn’t available, our support team will assist you directly.
8. Delays in Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to:

9. Failed Deliveries

Recipient is unavailable
Parcel is refused
